La ferme, divisée en 4 appartements, se trouve en position unique et dominante avec vue magnifique et panoramique de Sienne au Mont Amiata. Ameublement confortable simple, de style rustique toscan. Accès par route de terre battue de 2,3km. Parking dans la propriété.
Distances: Castelnuovo Berardenga avec magasins variés 10,5km, Sienne 28km, Radda in Chianti 40km, Florence 77km. Un manège se trouve à 6km de la propriété.
A disposition des hôtes: grand jardin soigné et équipé avec piscine à débordement (5,5m x 13,5m ; profondeur max. 2,40m, terrasse solarium (30m2) avec vue splendide. Petits barbecue. Wunderschön gelegene und gepflegte Anlage. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr nette Vermieter mit tollem Wein, hervorragendem Olivenoel und wunderbarem Honig. Traumhafte Ruhe, da abseits der Hauptstraße auf einem Berg gelegen. Es gibt zwar eine Anfahrt über einen in der Toscana üblichen Schotterweg aber die Ruhe und der wunderschöne Weitblick entschädigen einen dafür. Mit etwas Glück bekommt man Besuch von den Pfauen oder den Pferden welche direkt neben dem Anwesen leben.

Deze mensen laten je echt tot rust komen in een omgeving met een geweldig uitzicht.
Het huis is authentiek met dikke muren maar dat heeft zijn charme.

The villa was very beautiful and the area was very quiet. Yet, the journey to reach it was an adventure, with a 2km unpaved road winding through nature's splendor, where encounters with wild boars and foxes added an unexpected thrill to our arrival.

Es war alles spitze, wie wir es von dieser Unterkunft kennen. Alles was man braucht war da.(ohne grossen Luxus).
Ein sehr schöner Ort mit einer fabelhaften Aussicht und schöner Umgebung. Die Gastgeber hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Nous venons de passer deux magnifiques semaines dans ce cadre idyllique : calme, verdure, extrême gentillesse des propriétaires, le confort au rendez-vous. Juste la Dolce Vita !
Accogliente e familiare. La signora che ci ha accolti è davvero gentile. Posizione dominante con panorama davvero super. Ottimo per i bambini, che hanno uno spazio enorme per poter giocare. Grazie di tutto.

Erg mooie locatie en huisje is zoals op de foto! Helaas was het slecht weer en was daarom het huisje wat vochtig van binnen.. Als het zonnetje schijnt is het perfect! Super mooi uitzicht
Great place to stay: we loved it
Great pick, quiet surrounding of olive plantations with the occasional visit of rabbits and deer. 2.5 km unpaved private road leads to house, so be ready for a bumpy ride to the house and back. Owners are very kind. Highly recommendable.
We had an excellent stay at Podere Orietta 1 & 2. The accommodation was basic yet clean and comfortable and the views and the pool were outstanding. Highly recommended.
A wonderful romantic farmhouse in Tuscany! Very private and quiet. It has an excellent location as base for visiting surrounding towns. Can not really complain about anything except that maybe gps coordinates would be nice for future guests. A bit tricky to find the place!
But I highly recommend this beautiful house, the views from here will be a memory forever!
